Trevor Condy

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our founding directors, Trevor Condy.

Trevor founded Condy Lofthouse Architects with Frank Lofthouse in 1979 and remained a valued supporter of the practice long after his retirement in 2007

Born in Northern Ireland, Trevor moved to Liverpool in 1966 to study architecture and went on to work in Southport and Preston before establishing CLA.

In retirement, he chaired Grace Baptist Mission and The Southport Partnership, while also pursuing his passion for painting, inspired by his travels and the beauty of the Outer Hebrides.

Trevor will be remembered as a talented architect and a kind, principled man known to many of his colleagues as ‘The legend’!

Our thoughts are with all his family and friends.
