Prenton Golf Club
This proposed redevelopment sought to revitalise the golf club and its associated facilities, placing a new clubhouse at the heart of the scheme. The design created strong, intuitive connections between the clubhouse, the new driving range, the short-game area, the 1st tee and the 18th green, enhancing both player flow and the overall visitor experience.
The clubhouse was conceived as a single-storey structure to respect its sensitive setting, while offering a layout tailored to contemporary expectations. The player experience was prioritised throughout the design process, complemented by commercially focused planning to ensure long-term viability. Key elements included a prominently located, easily accessible pro shop, and a dramatic, flexible function suite enjoying far-reaching views across the course / reconfigured 18th green.
