This proposal delivers approximately 150 new affordable homes, into South Sefton, including a prominent apartment building addressing the key arterial route into Liverpool city centre. Designed for the Sovini Group, the scheme sought to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding neighbourhood, with careful attention given to the treatment of site boundaries and the relationship between new and existing homes.

All apartments were designed in line with the Nationally Described Space Standards and adopt a fabric-first + approach, ensuring high-quality living environments, enhanced energy performance, and long-term sustainability for residents.
