Heswall, Wirral

A new-build development of five executive apartments, located in a highly desirable area of Lower Heswall. 

The building is a bespoke addition to a prominent corner plot, on the south side of Oldfield Drive and at its junction with Telegraph Road. The scheme takes the form of two traditional gables fronting on to Oldfield Drive, separated by a communal entrance. There are five luxurious, two bedroom apartments over 3 floors, each comprising of an impressive open plan living, kitchen and dining area leading on to a private balcony. The design responds to the existing context by using a traditional colour palette of materials in a contemporary way. Feature gables and recessed balconies have been designed to give identity to individual apartments and maximise far reaching views over the Wirral countryside. 

The scheme is currently on site and due to be completed summer 2023.
