Retail Development Sunderland

Proposed new masterplan for a local district centre comprising foodstore (class A1), retail units (class A1), commercial units (class A1-A5), offices / non residential institutions (class B1a / D1) and restaurant (class A3 / A5) with associated parking, landscaping, servicing and access arrangements. The site obtained a detailed planning consent and is expected to start on site in the autumn of 2013.
