Bistro Franc Restaurant Liverpool City Centre

CLA were instructed to design the third of a successful chain of French restaurants. The Liverpool based client had obtained a Grade II listed property on the fringe of the L1 city centre development and CLA’s brief was to maximise the covers with a rational but sensitive layout. The double height space allowed us to insert a mezzanine level but an innovative solution was required to produce an ultra thin mezzanine deck. CLA also configured a clever solution for the kitchen extract ducting run which was discretely hidden to the back of the unit and met with the conservation officers requirements.
