A significant regeneration masterplan; 200 new homes for Blackpool Council delivered over 2 phases . Phase 1 seeks to respond to a dense existing urban grain and adopts a contemporary palette of materials. This results in a scheme with a strong sense of identity, whilst the architectural forms, scale and layout provide cohesion with its context.
